HSHRC Notification  2015  :- The Applications (in a prescribed Format) are invited by Haryana State Health Resource Center (HSHRC) for the posts District Quality Manager & District Quality (Public Health) . Walk In Interview for  the following posts for HRHRC. These posts will be on contract basis. Interview will be held in the o/o executive director HSHRC. Interested candidates may apply for the post.

1.For District Consultant (Quality Assurance)

Age  :- 40 years (45 years for reserved categories)

Pay Scale :- Rs 40000/- (Consolidated per month)

2.For District Consultant (Public Health)

Age :- 40 years (45 years for reserved categories)

Pay Scale :-  Rs 40000/- (Consolidated per month)

No. Of Posts :- 15

3.For State Consultant (Quality Assurance)

Age :- 40 years

Pay Scale :- Rs 50000/- (Consolidated per month)

No. Of Posts :- 01

4.For State Consultant (Public Health)

Age :- 40 years

Pay Scale :- Rs 50000/- (Consolidated per month)

No. OF Post :- 01

5.For District Quality Manager

Age :- 40 years (45 years for reserved categories)

Pay Scale :- Rs 35000/- (Consolidated per month)

No. Of Posts :- 15

6.For Administrative Assistant ( SQAU)     

     

Age :- 40 years

Pay Scale :- Rs 15000/- (Consolidated per month)

No. Of Post :- 01

7.For Administrative Assistant ( DQAU)

Age :- 40 years (45 years for reserved categories)

Pay Scale :- Rs 12000/- (Consolidated per month)

No. Of Posts :- 15

Educational Qualification :- For 1-5 No. Posts the Educational Eligibilty as follows :-

MBBS Dental AYUSH Nursing Physiotherapists Pharmacy Life Science Health Management Graduate with master in hospital administration health management (MHA Full time or equivalent) with 02 years experience in public health/hospital administration implementing a recognized quality system like NABH/ISO.

For Post No 6 & 7 The Educational Qualification Will be as follows :-

Recognized graduate degree with fluency in MS Office package with 02 years experience of managing office and providing support to health progrmamme/NRHM Knowledge of accountancy would be an added advantage candidates having drafting skills would be preferred.
