Age Limit :-

 For Special Officer (Land) :- Min. 60 years & Max. 63 years till 01^st Jan 2015.

For Surveyor :- Min. 60 years & Max. 63 years till 01^st Jan 2015.

Pay Scale :-

For Special Officer (Land) :- Rs.30,000/- per month.

For Surveyor :-                         Rs.11,000/- per month.

Last Date to Apply For the Above Mentioned Posts :- 11^th March 2015

Educational Qualification :-

For Special Officer (Land)  :- Graduate in any discipline.

For Surveyor    :- Full time 3years Diploma in Survey Engineering from any recognized institute.

Experience :-

For Special Officer (Land) :-  The Applicants must have worked as an Officer in or under Land Department of Govt. of West Bengal in the capacity of Special / Additional Land Acquisition Officer for at least 3years during his / her entire Service Period.

For Surveyor    :- The Applicants must have worked as a Surveyor or equivalent post in or under Land Department of Govt. of West Bengal or any other Govt. / Semi Govt. Organization / PSU. Experience regarding preparation of Land Acquisition plan including field verification is essential.
