NET in December Months are notified that Central Board of Secondary Education has
made an announcement to apply for CBSE NET i.e. Application Form July 2017. National Eligibility Test is well known education test for all those
applicants who want to apply for Junior Research Fellowship & Asst.

On behalf of UGC, the Central Board of Secondary
Education announces holding of the National Eligibility Test (NET) on 10th July 2017 for determining the eligibility of Indian nationals for the
Eligibility for Assistant Professor only or Junior Research Fellowship &
Eligibility for Assistant Professor Both in Indian universities and colleges.
CBSE will conduct NET in 84 subjects at 89 selected NET Examination Cities
spread across the country.
The Aspirants who are interested & eligible may
apply via online medium before the Last Date I The Online Form For NET may be
started on 12th April 2017 and Last Date to apply will be 12th May 2017.

Eligibility Criteria :-
Candidates
who have secured at least 55% marks in Master’s Degree
OR equivalent examination from universities/institutions recognised by UGC in Humanities and
Social Science, Computer Science & Applications, Electronic Science etc. are eligible for this Test. The Other Backward
Classes(OBC) belonging to non-creamy layer /Scheduled Caste(SC) /Scheduled
Tribe(ST) / persons with disability(PWD) category candidates who have secured
at least 50% marks in Master’s degree or equivalent
examination are eligible for this Test. For More Detail Please See Official

Educational Qualification:-
The Candidates must possess the following educational qualifications like BS-4
years program / B.E./ B.Tech /B. Pharma / MBBS / or various equivalent post
degree from any documented or affiliated board with aggregate 55% marks.
Age Limit
:- For the Post of Assistant Professor age is not more than 28 years & There
is no upper age limit for Junior Research Fellowship.
Exam Fee:-

Note:- The
Applicants have to pay the exam fee by one of the given medium like credit
card/ debit card or through e-challan generated during the online
filling of the application form through any branch of Syndicate/
Canara/ ICICI Bank.
Selection Process:-
The Candidates will be selected on the basis of Performance in written contest
only.
