Hath Yoga :-  Hatha Yoga simply referred as practice of physical yoga postures, meaning your Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga classes are all Hatha Yoga. The word “hatha” means: as “willful” or “forceful,” It describes the physical practice of yoga, so all other types of yoga fall under the category of Hatha. Hatha is referred as “sun” (ha) and “moon” (tha), the yoga of balance.  Hatha practices are designed to align and calm your body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation. Here, you’ll learn basic postures, breath work, relaxation techniques, and meditation.

Vinyasa :- The word “vinyasa” means “arranging something in a special way,” like yoga poses for example. This style of yoga links movement with the breath, creating flowing postures that smoothly transition from one to the next. In Sanskrit, the word “vinyasa” means “connection.” Each movement connects with either an inhale or an exhale. In vinyasa yoga classes, students coordinate movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next. Ashtanga, Baptiste Yoga, Jivamukti, Power Yoga, and Prana Flow could all be considered vinyasa yoga just like sun salutations, warrior poses, balancing poses, back bends, and seated stretches. Each class ends in savasana, which is the final relaxation pose.

Iyengar :- Its an Alignment based Yoga Style for individuals who appreciate detailed instructions, or for those with injuries and who need a class that can accommodate their limitations. Practicing Iyengar will help build strength, mobility, and stability.

Ashtanga :- Its referred as Power yoga. Predefined Movements are practised in Astanga Yog. The Sadhak moves the body in four phases just like backbending, and inversions. The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a style of yoga codified and popularized by K. Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga means eight limbs or branches, of which asana or physical yoga posture is merely one branch, breath or pranayama is another.

Kundalini :- It is mainly focused on Deep Breath i.e. Pranayam and core work. It is a yoga phase which develops the mind strength and consciousness. In this Deep Breathing Techniques used for completing this yoga phase. It includes breathing, chanting, meditation, and hand gestures (mudras). Kundalini is much more spiritual and meditative than other styles of yoga.
