1. X-Ray Technician : 215 posts,

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 - 20220 grade Pay Rs. 2800/- ,

Age : 21-37 years, relaxation in age as per rules. 

2. Operation Theater Assistant : 236 posts,

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 - 20220 grade Pay Rs. 2400/- ,

Age : 21-37 years, relaxation in age as per rules.

3.Laboratory Attendant : 1772 posts,

Pay Scale : Rs. 5200 - 20220 grade Pay Rs. 2800/- ,

Age : 21-37 years, relaxation in age as per rules.

Form Fee – Rs.375/- (Rs.100/- for SC./ST of Bihar only)  to be deposited in any branch of SBI through a payment challan.
