Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is an Indian organization to recruit
staff for various posts in the various Ministries and Departments of the
Government of India and in Subordinate Offices. SSC conduct examinations and/or
interviews to make recruitment to Group “C” and Group “D” posts for the various
Ministries and Departments of the Government of India. It does not make any
recruitment for states. It serves only central Government.
