Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture & Technology (CSAUA&T) is an agricultural university at Kanpur in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. It is named after the Indian revolutionary Chandra shekhar Azad. The university caters to the needs of the farming community of 29 districts of Uttar Pradesh. Kanpur is situated on Howrah-Delhi route of Northern  Railway.  The University is located at 8.4 km North-west of Kanpur  Central railway/Bus Station.

The  University is well connected by road, the mode of  conveyance being  rickshaw/auto- rickshaw  and taxi. Etawah Campus is situated on NH-2 (Shershah Suri  Marg). The Engineering College,  Etawah is 2  km from  Etawah Railway station near to B. R. Ambedkar District  Hospital.

About the College  The College started B.Sc.(Ag.) Degree Programmer and Master’s Degree Programmer in  1930 and 1944, respectively affiliated to Agra University. The College has a grand and  historical academic building stretched in about 235 thousand square meter. Nine beautiful  and spacious hostels with a capacity of 1000 students (boys and girls) along with an  excellent Central Library and a Centrally located grand auditorium (900 seats).

The  College of Agriculture offers one graduate programmer B.Sc.(Ag.) Hons., 13 Master’s  programmer and 13 Doctorate programmer (Agronomy, Agricultural Biochemistry,  Agricultural Extension, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Crop Physiology, Entomology,  Genetics and Plant Breeding, Horticulture, Plant Pathology, Soil Science and Agricultural  Chemistry, Agricultural Economics, Soil Conservation and Water Management and Seed  Technology). Each year about 120 students enroll in graduate programmer and more than  150 in Postgraduate Programmers

Academic Requirement-(1). For Under Graduate Courses : Aspirants must have passed Class 12th or Intermediate or any other equivalent examination from a known Board of Education

For Post-Graduation Courses : Aspirants must possess Graduation degree or any other equivalent qualification in respective subject from a known Institute / University

For Doctoral Courses : Aspirants must possess Post Graduation degree or its equivalent qualification from a known Institute / University

Registration Charges- General / OBC category aspirants have to pay INR 1250/- and SC / ST category aspirants have to pay INR 1050/-. State Bank of India Collect facility must be used by the contenders for making payment of the application fee.

Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology will announce the exam form procedure of many courses like B.Sc., B.Tech., M.Sc., M.Tech, MBA, and Ph.D. The examination for the above mentioned academic courses is scheduled to be conducted in the month of January 2018.
