Description of 3 Yrs. B.A. (HONS.) IN MEDIA STUDIES
(Mass
Communication, Journalism, Audio-Visual Communication)
IMCFTS being an affiliated Institute of
the University of Kalyani, follows the B.A. Hons. course structure in Media
Studies that has been setout by the University under strict UGC Guidelines.
IMCFTS is also a listed non-government Institute under Section 2(f) of the UGC
Act. 1956. As per the new regulation, the University has directed the Institute
to conduct yearly examinations, Part I, Part II and Part III as per UGC
Regulation. Apart from elective and compulsory papers the course contains 8
honours papers as under of 100 marks each.
