Examination that is conducted by Council of Higher Education, West Bengal or an
equivalent exam are eligible to apply for UG course admissions at Presidency
University. Another eligibility criteria that aspirants need to meet is that
they should have cleared their 10+2 level exam with five recognised subjects
including English. To meet PG course eligibility criteria, students should have

Eligibility Criteria and Admission Selection Process: Pre-University / Higher Secondary / 10+2
examination Pass from a recognized board with a minimum 45% aggregate (40% in
case of candidates belonging to Reserved Category)
Entrance Score in
National - Level Legal Aptitude Test (CLAT / LSAT)preferred. Candidate are
required to appear for Personal Interview. The Admission Team at
the University also uses other parameters such as scholastic and
extracurricular achievements in the final selection of the candidates.
