Central Universities Common Entrance Test (CUCET) is an all-India entrance examination is being operated by eight Central Universities together, for admission to about 250 Integrated / undergraduate, Post-graduate and Research Programmes in these Universities.

CUCET (Central Universities Common Entrance Test) is a national level test which is conducted every year in the month of May-June. It is jointly organised by 9 universities, Rajasthan University being the conducting body of CUCET 2018. Check below some of the important points for CUCET 2018 exam.

ADMISSIONS:  The admission to this program is based on the results of an entrance examination CUCET (to be organized jointly by Central Universities) at several venues in India. 15% weightage will be provided for the performances of the students at senior secondary level and 85% weightage is for the performance at the entrance examination.

Qualification: A candidate who has obtained greater than 50% or CGPA of 3.0 in the UGC Seven Point scale [ 45% or CGPA 2.5 in the UGC Seven Point Scale for SC/ST] or similar in the Bachelor degree in Science with Physics as general Subject.

CUCET 2018 Exam Pattern:

Question paper type	Objective (includes 100 questions with four choices each): Part A (25 Questions), Part B (75 Questions)
Subjects	English Language, General Awareness, Mathematical Aptitude and Analytical Skills
Languages	English
Mode of exam	Offline (OMR sheet)
Duration	2 hours (for Part A), and 2 hours (for Part B)
Marking scheme	1 marks (for each correct answer) & 0.25 negative mark (for each incorrect answer)

CUCET 2018 Application Form: CUCET 2018 Application Form will be available from 15th March 2018. The last date to submit the application will 14th April 2018. CURAJ will re-open the application form correction window for the candidates between 9th April 2018 to 15th April 2018. The application form can be filled by online mode and offline mode.

Steps To Fil to follow:

Go to the official website of CUCET 2018, http://cucet2017.co.in

Fill down the complete and correct details in the form. That is your name, father’s name, mother’s name, nationality, gender, category, AADHAR card number, email id, mobile number, the address of communication and the details about the qualifying examination.

After the final submission, note down your registration number.

In the next screen upload your passport size photograph and signature.

Make payment for application form fee and print the confirmation page.
