The Central Reserve Police Force Written Examination consists
of two parts i.e. paper-I and paper-II. These papers contain the questions in
Hindi/English Language, General Intelligence, Numerical Aptitude and Clerical
Aptitude. Aspirants who wish to score good in this exam they must practice
according to the syllabus.

Pattern of Examination :-
The Written Examination for the post of
Constable is of 2 hours (120 Minutes).
The Written Exam includes 50 questions
which carry 100 marks.
There will be Objective type multiple
choices questions in the examination.
The Questions will be from the subjects General Knowledge
& Current Affairs, Elementary Mathematics, Analytical Aptitude, Reasoning
and Language (Hindi / English).
Sports trials include the
performance of the applicants in the specified post through which they have
applied.

General Intelligence & Reasoning :- Analytical
aptitude and ability, distinguish patterns principally of non-verbal
type, analogies, similarities and differences, spatial visualization,
spatial orientation, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship
concepts, arithmetical reasoning and figural classification, arithmetic number
series, non-verbal series, coding and decoding.
General Knowledge and General Awareness :- Current
Events of Every Day Observations, India and its neighbouring countries
especially pertaining to sports, History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene,
General Polity, Indian Constitution, scientific Research.
Elementary Mathematics :- Number
Systems, Computation of Whole Numbers, Decimals and Fractions and relationship
between Numbers, Fundamental arithmetical operations, Percentages, Ratio and
Proportion, Averages, Interest, Profit and Loss, Discount, Mensuration, Time
and Distance, Ratio and Time, Time and Work
English/Hindi :- basic English/ Hindi, basic comprehension and writing ability.
