Odisha Sub Ordinate Staff Selection Commission has declared an advertisement for 6432 posts for Nursing Officer, advertisement date 04-12-2020. Friends all who submitted their online application are in search of examination pattern, exam scheme and syllabus for the exam preparation. OSSSC Nursing Officer Recruitment 2020 Exam Syllabus, Scheme

Pattern for Examination:-

There shall be written examination of MCQ type in OMR system (One Paper only)

One Paper	Question based on GNM and BSC Nursing Course Syllabus	60	60	2 hrs.
	Question based on Practical skill of the candidate	25	25
	Arithmetic of Higher Secondary  Standard	10	10
	English Question of Higher Secondary Standard	5	5
	Total	100	100

 Minimum Qualifying Marks :-

• SC/ST/SEBC/PWD/Ex Serviceman/ Sports :- 30%
• Others :- 35%

Syllabus of Examination:-

Syllabus will be based on the syllabus decided by Indian Nursing Council of India for Diploma in GNM/B.Sc Nursing

• There shall be written test only.
• Question type only MCQ
• Negative Marking will be applicable for each wrong answer (0.25 mark)

Selection:-

A single merit list will be published on the basis of performance in the written examination.

Result :-

The result will be published on the official website of OSSSC.
