PAN (Permanent Account Number ) has become an compulsory
part of any financial transaction, It is a widely recognized photo identity and
proof of address.
Documents are required for PAN CARD APPLICATION

You all can submit the below (One / two \ three of them )
document for Pan Card Application -
Voter Identity Card ^Driving License ^Passport^Aadhaar card issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India ^Arm’s License^Central Government Health Scheme Card or Ex-servicemen Contributory Heath Scheme photo card^Ration Card having photograph of applicant^Photo identity card issued by the Central Government or a State Government or a Public Sector Undertaking ^Pensioner Card having photograph of the applicants ^Elector’s photo identity card
Steps for Online Application :-
1) Applicant should fill in his/her New PAN Application Form
49A "online" through UTIITSL's site http://www.utiitsl.com/ under
the menu option Services->PAN Card->Apply or

2) Applicant should click on "Validation" / "Submit" button
4) clicking on "Make Payment" button on this form
5) Applicant needs to carry out the payment attempt using one of the following options: Netbanking, Credit Card (Master/Visa), Debit Card (Master/Visa), Cash Card
06) On payment "Success", payment confirmation will be system-endorsed on the filled-in.
07) "Save" OR take a print-out of the filled-in form
8) On the printed form, Applicant should affix two (same) photographs of 3.5cms X 2.5cms size.
09) Applicant should sign at the 3 specified positions on this photo-affixed form as follows:
10) With the signed PAN Application form complete as above, Applicant should attach copy of the documents being submitted as Proof of Identity and Proof of Address
11) Applicant is now ready with the complete set of application
12) Applicant should submit or dispatch this complete set of his/her application to the nearest UTIITSL /NSDL office
