INDIAN AIR FORCE RECRUITMENT RALLY
Indian
Air Force offers opportunities for UNMARRIED MALE INDIAN CITIZENS from the
designated Districts of State of Kerala and Union Territories of Mahe &
Lakshadweep to become airmen. Indian Air Force (IAF) is one of the Primary
force of Indian Armed Forces (Military Forces) of the Republic of India. The
Recruitment Test for Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades and Group ‘Y’ {For Automobile
Technician, Ground Training Instructor and Indian Air Force (Police)} Trades will
be held at 14 Airmen Selection Centre, Air Force, VII/302-B, Vayu Sena Road,
Kakkanad, Kochi (Kerala) from 26 March 2015 to 03 April 2015 as per the Selection
Programme given below. Indian National Candidates, who want to Join as an Air

post table. Working in the Indian Air Force makes you strong enough and teaches

to face the stress and spur of difficulty and challenge, to learn to stand up
in the storm. There are two types of commission available in IAF, such as
Permanent Commission and Short Service Commission. IAF Career as an Air Force
Officer based in various Branches and various educational qualifications. It
gives you a temper of the will, a quality of the imagination, a vigour of the
emotions, a predominance of courage and an appetite for adventure over the love
of ease .
REGISTRATION SCHEDULE. All eligible candidates are required to fill
the Registration Form (typed on A4 size paper) format as given below and report
to registration venue along with duly filled registration format and original
documents. Candidates from the Districts of Alappuzha, Ernakulam, Wayanad,
Malappuram, Pathanamthitta, Idukki, Thrissur, Kasargod, UTs of Mahe &
Lakshadweep will be eligible for registration for group ‘Y’ {Automobile
Technician, Ground Training Instructor and Indian Air Force (Police)} Trades.
Candidates from the districts of Ernakulam, Wayanad, Malappuram,
Pathanamthitta, Idukki, Thrissur, Kasargod, UTs of Mahe & Lakshadweep will
be eligible for registration for Group ‘X’ TRADES. Eligible candidates will be
given specific date, time & venue for reporting and appearing in selection
process as per selection programme given at Para 3 below. The Registration for
the Recruitment Rally will be done at 14 Airmen Selection Centre, Air Force,
VII/302-B, Vayu Sena Road, Kakkanad, Kochi (Kerala) as per the following
schedule.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
(a) For Group ‘X’ (Technical) Trades. :- ntermediate / 10+2
/ Equivalent Examination with Mathematics, Physics and English, with minimum 50%
marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR
(ii) Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering
(Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Automobile / Computer Science /
Instrumentation Technology / Information Technology)
(b) For Group ‘Y’ {For Automobile Technician, Ground
Training Instructor and Indian Air Force (Police)} Trades.
(i) Passed Intermediate / 10+2 / Equivalent Examination in
any stream/subjects approved by Central/State Education Boards with minimum 50%
marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
