WB Police Notification 2018: A
Notification For 2550 Constable (Lady) by West Bengal Police Recruitment board
(WBPRB), has been issued. Announcement to recruit 2550 Constable Posts. The
Aspirants who are eligible & interested may fill online/Offline application
form from official website www.policewb.gov.in.
Applications are invited
from eligible Indian citizens for the post of Lady Constable in West Bengal
Police from candidates between 18 and 27 years of age as on 01.01.2018 (relatable
for SC/ST/OBC candidates of West Bengal only & Ex serviceman & Serving
Home Guards of West Bengal Police) having passed Madhyamik or equivalent
examination. Application Forms may be submitted either through on-line or
off-line.

police public service and thereby achieve greater efficiency in its primary

Detail of Vacancies :
Lady Constables :- 2550 Posts
Pay Scale :
Rs.5,400 – 25,200/- (i.e. Pay Band-2) + Grade Pay Rs.2,600/-.
Age Restriction ( As On 01st Jan
2018 ):- The Age Criteria Will be For General Category Min. 18 years
& Max. 27 Years. For OBC category : Min. 18 Years & Max. 30 Years. For
SC/ST category:- Min. 18 Years & Max. 32 Years.
Educational Qualification:- The
Candidates have passed 10th from Or Madhyamik Examination from west
Bengal Board of Secondary Education or equivalent examination from any other
board recognized by the state government or central government.
Application Fee:-
For Gen & OBC will pay Rs. 150 & SC / ST Candidates :- No Fee via
online payment mode or through E-Post Office. Candidates of SC/ST Candidates
are exempted to pay any fee.
Selection:- The selection process by the West Bengal Police
Recruitment Board is transparent and purely merit-based. Hence, the applicants
are advised to beware of the unscrupulous elements, racketeers, touts who may
misguide the candidates with false promises of getting
them selected for the job on illegal consideration.

GP Rs. 2600/- PB II

application. Fill the application form carefully and upload Passport size Photo
and Signature. And then pay fee through payment gateway. After this process
save application form for further needs.
Offline application:- For
Offline Submission of Application form Candidates should click on the
appropriate link and follow the instruction. After clicking on this link a
application form will appear.
Fill the application form with all mandatory details and submit it
after submission of application form get a print out of it and then send it
